Day 13: What's Your Mountain

Don’t make a mountain out of a molehill. This expression is used to help people to not make something bigger than it really is. However, the person who sees a molehill usually doesn’t have to go through what appears to be a mountain. Jesus takes a different approach. He says to eliminate the mountain. How? With a request of faith. When we pray and have our hearts engaged with kingdom-mindedness and our hearts believe in faith- no mountain or molehill can stand in the way. So what is your mountain? Many times we talk to God about how big the mountains are- Jesus reminds us to talk to the mountain about how big our God is! It’s time to start throwing some mountains into the sea.
