Day 21: Be a Sheep!

In ancient times and still in some areas throughout the world community shepherding is practiced. A shepherd takes his sheep out to pastures during the day and at night brings them to the community pin. In this pin, there are multiple sheep from multiple shepherds. How does the shepherd get their sheep out? They train the sheep to hear and follow their voice. In the event a sheep doesn’t come at the call of the shepherd, the shepherd knows the makeup and markings of His sheep. The greatest way to break through is to follow the shepherd Jesus. Jesus said that His sheep know His voice, and they follow Him. But more special than the sheep knowing and following Jesus- He knows them as well. Our ultimate goal in life is to know and be known by Jesus and to follow Him. When we do this, we walk in continual breakthroughs. Jesus will lead us on a great adventure to help change the world while also leading us into the abundant life He promises. Our goal is to know and follow His leading in our life. Our goal is to be a sheep. Live a breakthrough life and be a sheep!
